-Added config file. You can now decide whether or not you want zombies to only be resistant to fire if spawned during the day or not or even not at all. Also added option for spawned zombies to have speed and/or strength, the levels of the potions are configurable too.

-Fixed zombies spawning too close together too much.

-Fixed zombies spawning in light source lit areas during the day.
