  • Universal Dynamic Registry Scanner (DynamicRegistryScanner): Introduced DynamicRegistryScanner.subscribe(...) to allow mods to subscribe to any registry (Items, EntityTypes, Blocks, etc.) with a 3-tier discovery pipeline: startup scanning of existing entries, real-time RegistryEntryAddedCallback listener, and a ServerLifecycleEvents.SERVER_STARTING safety sweep.
  • On-Demand Dynamic GameRule Unfreeze: Updated DynamicGameRuleManager.register() with MappedRegistryAccessor to unlock BuiltInRegistries.GAME_RULE on demand while registering rules and restore state in finally, completely eliminating registry lockouts across all consumer mods.
