Darwin's Mystical Menagerie adds six unique creatures to the world of Minecraft that can be tamed to keep you company on your travels. At the moment, there are three new mounts that can be ridden and three new pets that can ride on your shoulder. Each creature has its own set of magical abilities to help you on your journeys. Study and tame these mystical beasts if you happen upon them!

Current Mounts:

Flidais Deer: Large white deer seen running through the forests eating strange glowing berries. They are known to be very fast and can jump far distances!
Night Crone: Large snowy owls that have been seen carrying two people across the skies above the snowy mountains. A few swear they saw them eating ender pearls covered with glowing berry juices!
Water Wyvern: Scaly, aquatic creatures resembling Nessie from the Scottish myths. While reported sightings are rare, they have been seen out on the open seas or sometimes chasing Northern Pike that reside in the rivers!

To tame the mounts, feed them once using their preferred snack, wait for them to bow to you, and then attempt to ride them until you gain their trust. These creatures can be equipped with a saddle to lead them once tamed. They can be told to follow and stay by interacting with them using a stick.

Current Pets:

Pandameleon: Small, furry creatures that can turn invisible at will. Many only ever catch a glimpse of the cherry leaves and Fae Berries they kick up in the air as they run away!
Aquasimia: Small ape-like creatures seen swimming in the vast oceans. They are often seen in groups among the kelp forests!
Pogona: Small lizards whose bodies burn hotter than the scorching deserts they can be found in, often seen seeking out coal from caves. I wonder if you could cook food on their backs?

To tame the pets, feed them a handful of their favorite snacks. The creatures can then be picked up by interacting with an empty hand. To drop them back on the ground, sneak and punch the air. They can be made to follow and stay by interacting with them using a stick.

There is also a suitcase with mystical powers that can hold your various creatures! Maybe one day we'll be able to go inside it...
