- made mob name display of pending adaptation retrieve its actual mob instead of "Pig"
- made item awakening possible now, synced to server and client
- made fragile/weakened tooltips appear properly to all augmentable gear
- added echo pickaxe, shovel and hoe (adaptations not implemented to these yet)
