Danmachi Mod

This is a bugfix, but it also includes some features I'm experimenting with.

Fixed babel not spawning/spawning at 0y

Fixed status not saving when you changed dimensions

Added Japanese translations for everything except for god dialog (this'll be added in the next update sense I'm redoing god interactions)

Added development abilities (they currently do nothing and have a good chance not to save)

Added another skill (Mind Load) which currently does nothing
