Dadobug1111's Bedrock Ores - Fabric

Rewrote regen code, should now regen from anything!

- Tested to work with Create and Modular Routers

-Applied Energistics Breaks but does not give items

-Industrial Foregoing does not have a strong enough simulated pick to break ores by default

Enchants can now be customized 

Some additional enchants added

-Gentle Mining: reduces durability use of mining ores by 1 per level

-Curse of Shattering: like Shattering, but without the drops (disabled by default)

-Arcane Extraction: like Extraction, but drops the block instead of the core (disabled by default)

ores can now be configured to finite

-when finite block gains durability that goes down by 6 - (Gentle Mining level) + (1 if Shattering of any level is present)

-when durability <= 0 block breaks like Shattering

Added Create Zinc ore
