Added dimensional blacklist! Currently only configurable by editing the config file directly.

Rewrote the config menu (well, actually the entire mod, but that's less relevant)

   - Config options now use sliders instead of text entries, making them much easier to use!

   - Config menu now has a transparent background and changes in settings will show up live!

Added a seperate slider to change the linear fog end distance!
