Added

• Added an XP cost when extracting enchantments.
• XP costs increase gradually based on the enchantment level:
  • Level I: 1 XP level
  • Level II: 1 XP level
  • Level III: 2 XP levels
  • Level IV: 3 XP levels
  • Level V: 5 XP levels
• The required XP cost is now displayed beside each enchantment.
• Added a message explaining how many levels are required when the player does not have enough XP.
• Creative Mode players are exempt from XP costs.

Fixed

• Fixed the Disenchanter not being recognized as mineable with a pickaxe.
• Fixed the Disenchanter not dropping itself when broken.
• The block can now be collected without Silk Touch.
• Items stored inside the Disenchanter continue to drop when the block is broken.
