- Changes ALOT of the internal works for later license changes.

- Changes to Block Sounds and Block Materials

- Added `start_color` and `end_color` to items that have durability so you can have custom durability bar colours

- Added stat bars; datadriven bars that resemble health and hunger bars

- Added data driven Item based Projectiles

- Added both Emissive and Generic Particles

- Tools now have fixed repair materials (current doesnt let you put in items that register after itself)

- Choices! A Selection Screen that lets you pick between one of any number of data driven choices. these choices provide you with powers.

- All Items now have an Optional FuelTick for how long they smelt for

- Enchantments now have more options

- A CCPack -> Jar conversion system

- CCPack Jars exist now! you can include ccpack files in your jar mods and they still load!

- Changed loading directory from `resourcepacks` to `mods` since they function like mods-
