SHIKIGAMI_DAMAGE - Damage dealt to each enemy in the swarm
SHIKIGAMI_RADIUS - Radius of the swarm effect
SHIKIGAMI_COOLDOWN - Cooldown in seconds

Cursed Partners has gained the Shikigami Swarm ability
