Mystic Masks

Here are some new features in 1.4! (Halloween contents)

- Candy: Edible candy you get from the pumpkin mask
- Blood: Food source that powers the vampire mask
- Changed phantom mask to only work in dimensions to make it unique
- Changed Pumpkin mask: Now gives candy in off hand if you sneak

Here are some new masks in 1.4:
- Chicken mask: Gives you slowfalling for a limited time
- Moon mask: Removes some bad effects while sleeping
- Emperor mask: Gets double strength if you have killed every mob in the game
- Raid mask: Gets double strength in raids
- Vampire mask: Get a strength boost by drinking blood
- Zombie mask: Gives strength and hunger, If you have healed a zombie villager before the hunger effect is removed
- Gum gum mask: Gives double strength but you are unable to swim
