 Added Meditation keybind
  Press Z (configurable) to restore your Cursed Energy (works even in Flow / Max Output)
  While meditating, you cannot move or use abilities, and taking damage will cancel the state
  Press the key again to manually stop

 Configuration for Meditation:
  /gamerule meditationCEPerTick <amount> - CE restored per tick (default: 2)
  /gamerule meditationMaxDuration <seconds> - Maximum duration (default: 10)
  /gamerule meditationCooldown <seconds> - Cooldown after use (default: 15)
