Cursed Earth

* cursed earth can now have it's color changed

* grass no longer spreads when not underneath air

* grass sounds more like grass and less like stone

* grass now uses grass model

* removed entity blacklist config entry in favor of datapacks

* what cursed earth will spread over is now a tag
