This Update Focused on Minor bug fixes.
This will make sure the code remain intact when i add more dinos in the future.
1. FIXED Players able to sprint when mounted without saddle.
2. DISABLED Mounting without Saddle.
3. FIXED Stop whistled Raptor's idle animation jittering.
4. FIXED Stop whistled Raptors stays in mid-air when player dismounted while jumping.
5. FIXED Stop whistled Raptors stays in mid-air even after the block below it were removed.
6. FIXED Tamed parent Raptors Attacking their baby Raptors.
7. MOVED Most Whistle logics to WhistleDinos Interface.
