tombtweaks-1.7.0.jar
Curse Maven Snippet
What's new
CTombstone-Tweaks 1.7.0
Everything from 1.0.0 to 1.7.0 in one release.
Fixed: the language file was never read. Both custom perks and the inventory tab rendered as their own translation keys — tombstone.perk.relief_for_the_damned, tombtweaks.tab.knowledge. The jar was missing pack.mcmeta, so its assets/ never became a resource domain. If that is what you saw in 1.0.0, this is the fix.
New
Spend a grave's soul to soulbind a wand (1.7.0) — Ankh of Prayer in the main hand, a wand in the off hand, at a decorative grave holding a soul. The soul is spent and the wand gains Ancient Spellcraft's soulbound upgrade, so it survives your death. It goes through Wizardry's normal upgrade path, so it respects the wand tier's upgrade limit — convenience, not a free slot. Tombstone's three existing Ankh behaviours are untouched.
First kill of a named enemy pays knowledge (1.6.0) — clearing a boss was worth nothing to the Knowledge of Death tree, because Tombstone only pays knowledge for advancements and loot. Now it does, once per enemy per player. Rewards are written in perk points and converted through Tombstone's own curve, so two points is two points at any level.
The config owns the native perks' cost and effect values (1.1.0 – 1.2.0) — the ten native perks now take a point cost per level and, for seven of them, a value per level (perktuning section): Scribe, Jailer, Treasure Seeker, Memento Mori, Gladiator, Shadow Walker, Rune Inscriber.
Every default is Tombstone's own number, so an untouched config changes nothing in game. One caveat: raising a price re-prices levels already bought, which can leave a player over budget until they respec.
Fixed
Perk tooltips follow the tuning (1.3.0) — Tombstone printed its own hardcoded figures, so retuning an effect left the GUI advertising the stock number. Current and next level both.
Two particle sprites that never loaded (1.4.0) — the soul orb over a decorative grave and the pray-of-protection effect. Both resolve by raw name and neither texture belonged to a registered item any more.
Relief for the Damned went dead on Enigmatic Legacy 2.7.0 (1.5.0) — that release moved how the Ring of the Seven Curses builds and applies its armour penalty, so the perk silently stopped doing its third of the job. Now requires Enigmatic Legacy 2.7.0.
Enchantment ids read as int, not short (1.5.1) — under JustEnoughIDs any id above 32767 came back truncated, so the Curse of Possession scan could miss the curse or match the wrong enchantment. Latent in a normal pack; hardening rather than a live fix.
