Curse Maven Snippet
What's new
Changelog – CSGO Box Mod 2.0.0 (Beta)
New Features
Terminal 2.0.0 – New Gameplay
- Use Arsenal Points to negotiate with the arms dealer for unboxing items.
- Right-click the terminal to start negotiations, with a maximum of 5 offer rounds.
- Each round: Long-press "Accept" to close the deal, or long-press "Decline" to wait for the next round.
- Offers come with a random wear value:
- Items with durability: wear reduces durability accordingly.
- Items without durability: wear is converted into a price markup (+1 Arsenal Point per 5% wear, up to +20 points).
- After opening the terminal, a 3-hour countdown begins.
- Time is based on world runtime – paused game and server shutdowns do not count; the timer resumes on restart.
- The terminal item is destroyed upon:
- Accepting a deal,
- Declining all 5 rounds,
- Or timeout.
- One-time use only – you need to obtain a new terminal for another attempt.
- If you close and reopen the terminal mid-negotiation, the dialogue, offers, and round number persist.
- If a terminal under negotiation is given to another player, they cannot trade – they will only see the message: "Go ask [original owner]".
- Supports batch purchase (caps: 30 / 64 / 200 / 400 / 800 / unlimited) and 3D drag-to-inspect for offered items.
- No keys required.
New Structures: Arms Dealer Huts & Village Generation
- Added Arms Dealer Hut structures in the wild, containing:
- An arms dealer villager,
- An arsenal dismantling table,
- A shop chest (with Arsenal Points, basic crates, iron keys, emeralds, iron ingots).
- Huts generate naturally along village streets in plains, desert, savanna, snowy, and taiga biomes.
- The arms dealer villager is protected against dismissal and despawning.
TACZ First-Person Weapon Inspection (1.21.1 / 1.20.1)
- If you have TACZ: Zero installed, unboxed TACZ weapons can be viewed in a dedicated first-person inspection screen with full inspection animations.
- No effect if TACZ is not installed.
Changes
Batch Unboxing
- Shift + Right-click a crate to open the batch overview screen.
- Click "Open" to unbox multiple crates at once – deduction and inventory verification are still server-authoritative.
- Results are displayed as a streaming log screen.
- The maximum batch size is controlled by the server-side config
bulkOpenCount(0= unlimited). - This version includes a client-side UI polish for the batch unboxing interface (synced across all 6 platforms).
Terminal Configuration
- On first launch, no default
terminal.jsonis generated. - Terminals obtained from the creative menu are empty by default – you must manually create a
terminal.jsonwith"type": "terminal"to configure the prize pool. - If a hand-written terminal config is missing the
typefield, it will be rejected with an in-game error. - The tutorial documentation has been updated to
_tutorial_v2.0.0-beta*.md– it will be automatically downloaded on first start, and old versions will be cleaned up. - JAR filenames have changed to:
csgobox-2.0.0-beta.jar(NeoForge)csgobox-forge--2.0.0-beta.jar(Forge)
Notes
- This is a beta release – feedback is welcome.
- Released simultaneously for 6 platforms (3 NeoForge + 3 Forge) with identical feature sets.
