Legendary Upgrades

We're Back at it again with another update coming out, but with a twist today we decided to do a Huge Overhaul to Every Single Thing in the Mod as well as a brand new feature regarding Cryolume & Syphorium and we opening up for a new material to the mod. Enjoy

Changelog:

**Added:**

- > Added Syphorium Shard

- > Added Cryolume Template to Chest in Structure (Igloo) 

- > Added Syphorium Template to Chest in Structure (End City) 

**Changes:**

- > Change the Recipe for getting Syphorium, now Requires Syphorium Shard and Ender Pearl to craft it instead of from the Heated Syphorium

- > Change the Text Description of Calcite Tiles 1 & 2

- > Change the Advancement Name of Cover Me With Cryolume & Cover Me With Syphorium to Cover Me in Cryolume & Cover Me in Syphorium

- > Change the Advancement Name of Agility Gem to Teleportation Gem

- > Change the Advancement of Cover Me in Cryolume & Cover Me in Syphorium from a normal task Advancement to Challenge Advancement

- > Retexture Syphorium, Raw Syphorium, Block of Raw Syphorium, Syphorium Ore, Syphorium Tools, Syphorium Weapons, Syphorium Template, Syphorium Armor

- > Retexture Cryolume Armor, to resamble more to Netherite

- > Renamed the Cryolume Bat & Syphorium Bat to Staff of Frost & Staff of Teleportation 

- > Change the Mod version to v1.21.8 and on Neoforge instead of Forge to make The mod accessable to our Other Mods

- > Readjusted the Stats of Cryolume Sword, Cryolume Axe, Staff of Frost & Staff of Teleportation

**Removed:**

- > Removed Syphorium Armor Variant (Blue, Green, Yellow, & Red) 

- > Removed Extra Life, & Bullet Jump Ability

- > Removed Totem Recipe & All Syphorium Armor Variant Recipe

- > Removed Resistance effect on Full Syphorium Armor

- > Fix the Advancement of "Cover me with Syphorium" To appear like it suppose to
