-ADD : Elematilius Ore world generation

-NEW : Deepslate Elematilius Ore

-NEW : Water Shard. Place water everywhere !

-NEW : Ritght-Click with Elematilius on a Cauldron full of water, to have an Elematilius Cauldron. You can now craft Elematilius Potion with it !

-Each ticking block have been tweaked (Breader, Stake, Greenhouse and Accelerator) because they were too fast.

-REMOVE : Crops world generation

-Accelerators were a bit too fast. Their efficacity should have been reduced.

3.7 : Quality & Fertility

-NEW : Mob Farm. Allows you to farm mobs with soul jars

-NEW : Elemental Soil. A better Farmland

-NEW : Fire Shard. Turn Blocks into the result of its smelting recipe (Iron Ore -> Iron Ingot / Sand -> Glass, etc...)

-NEW : Crops now have a Qualtity and a Fertility stat.

          -Quality (1-5) : Add a random amount of fruit when harvsted, from 0 to 2*quality

          -Fertility (1-5) : Can add a random amount of seeds when hervested. If a random number between 0 and 100 is smaller than 57 + 2*fertility, add 0 to 3*fertility seeds

-NEW : Stake. Next to a crop, allow the crop to spread (can add 1 to quality and/or fertility)

-NEW : Crop Breeder. Breeding crops (need JEI) Example : Coal + Elematilius = Iron
