slowed the spread down 

Bee Pollination System so when a bee is nearby the spread is increased comepared to when no bees are in the vacinity 

Mature Crop Dependency: unlike before, crops need a mature crop nearby to spread ( 5 block radius ) 

Added a Config so you the player can sort the mods to your desire (in files for now and in game in the future )
