Fixed broken recipes:

 - Raw Cobalt Ore Block

 - Raw Cobalt from Raw Cobalt Ore Block

 

After the 1.20.1 update, blocks had not been registered in the creative tab and therefore also not JEI. It should be working fine now.

 

Adjusted XP gain from all tools

 

Mythril now spawns at the intended rate:

 - average vein size: 2

 - attempts per chunk: 2

 - only spawns between (y = 90) and (y = max height - 10)
