Creeper Bats

+ Removed some client references to the player thus this will now work on servers.
+ Added a config file that lets you change the creeper bats:
    HP

    mobID

    block damage

    explosion size

    follow range

    spawn group size, both max and min

    render range

    spawn weight (spawn chance)
