  • Refactored the Cogwheel Shield advancement speed logic.
    • The previous "full speed" logic is now treated as a fixed advancement speed threshold.
    • The advancement now triggers when Cogwheel Shields in both hands reach 512 speed, regardless of whether future shield variants have a higher maximum speed.
  • Renamed related full-speed network logic to advancement-speed terminology for clearer semantics.

Fixed

  • Fixed Cogwheel Shields repeatedly refreshing in hand while charging or decaying.
    • Shield speed data is no longer written to item data every tick.
    • Shield speed state is now persisted only when switching held items, stopping, throwing, or returning.
  • Fixed Cogwheel Shields not being enchantable through the enchantment table.
