Fixed the Mechanical Press failing to stop processing items when operating a Depot.

Reworked Toolbox keybind behavior: hold to open, tap to return items, faster animations, and the Schematic Menu key now suppresses the toolbox key.

Added a default 10-tick cooldown to Hose Pulley sound effects.

Holding right-click on a Filter Box with a wrench now opens a toolbox-style interface, containing your JEI bookmarks for easier filter setup.

Clipboard can now copy all configuration from a Threshold Switch, instead of only its filter settings.

Easy Belt is now compatible with Create: LazyTick.

Reworked the fluid network system: configurable Mechanical Pump speed multiplier, fluid propagation increased to 16 blocks/tick, and significantly improved fluid filtering performance.

Added an option to allow different fluids to queue inside pipes (disabled by default).
