Create: Rolling Tones - Version 2

ADDITIONS:

• Added Create: Tracks 1.0.1 and Tracks+ 1.0.5 support.
• Added a special track rattling sound to Tracks
• Added visual config menu that automatically imports changes once confirm is pressed
• Added slight pitch randomisation to sound samples
• Improved the sample randomizer, it now makes sure there arent two identical samples playing at the same time if possible

FIXES:

• Fixed directional audio (hopefully)
