Fixes

• The package fired by the cannon is now a purely visual projectile: belts, hoppers and other collectors can no longer pick it up mid-flight and duplicate the Building Package.
• Fixed severe FPS drops in the Stock Ticker and Portable Stock Ticker when holding a Schematic on large vault networks: availability is now read from a per-snapshot index instead of comparing every material against every stock entry.
