Numismatics 1.1.0 Market Edition Additions

• Ender Broker: a market block connected to a global, server-wide exchange
  • Craft a Broker Instruction (shapeless: Eye of Ender + Sturdy Sheet + Paper) and use it on a Blaze Burner
  • Create sell listings and buy orders; items and money are escrowed, so trades settle even while you are offline
  • Attach any item storage (vault, silo, …) to a side of the block to trade straight from it instead of your inventory
  • Warehouse tab with scrolling for large storages, trust list support, payments via personal or card bank accounts
  • Order list shows [Selling]/[Buying] side tags, the owner's name and full item tooltips on hover
• Vendors and depositors now accept payment in any coin denomination and give change
• Ghost slots for cards and selling items in menus
• Mouse wheel tweaks: scroll over the vendor's selling slot to change the amount per trade (Shift = x10), scroll over the broker's amount/price fields to adjust them
• JEI support (optional): drag ghost items from JEI straight into the vendor's selling/card slots and the broker's card slot and order form Fixes
• Vendor disconnect on empty slot sync and item loss when buying into an empty vendor
• Depositors not clearing all of their contents
• Ender Broker menu desyncing and kicking players when opened right after placing a storage behind it
• Dupe when opening the Ender Broker after breaking its attached storage
