What's new

QoL update:
- Card and selling-item slots are now ghost slots: click with a bound card/item to set a ghost marker without consuming the real one, click empty-handed to clear. No more sacrificing a real item to configure a vendor/depositor.
- Payments accept any coin denomination with change given back; vendors in BUY mode can pay out by breaking larger coins internally ("vendor has no currency" fixed).
- Hardened TrustListMenu item codec.
