What's new

### Fixed — Wrench mode switching

- Sneak + scroll now only changes the mode **while aiming at a Mechanical Crafter**.
  It no longer swallows sneak-scroll for JEI/EMI, inventory sorters, or anything else
  just because a wrench is in your hand.
- Scroll input is now debounced and **clamps** instead of wrapping. A single flick used to
  walk 0 → 1 → 2 → 0 and look like nothing happened, especially on trackpads.
- Crawling under a block with a wrench no longer changes the mode.

### Added

- A proper **key binding** for cycling the wrench mode (Options → Controls),
  unbound by default so it never steals a key you already use.
- The current mode is now shown **in the wrench tooltip**, along with how to change it.
- New client config `wrenchScrollInput`: `AIMED` (default), `ANYWHERE` (previous behaviour), `DISABLED`.
