Finalized the Supercomputer nerf by introducing Advanced Data Packets as "fuel" crafted by upgrading normal Data Packets in the Packet Rewriter, normal Packets are made with assemblys and steel.

Added a way to get uranium isotopes - Uranium Isotope Identifier, new isotopes are used in recipes -> harder to obtain.

Added some misc. items and blocks.
