New: Module Anchor system

• Module Panel (Module Anchor): a wall-mounted chassis that holds multiple modules (button, lever, item frame, mini tint light).
• Modular Button: dyeable button, wireless Redstone Link frequency, clipboard copy/paste of its frequency.
• Modular Lever: dyeable lever counterpart, same frequency settings + clipboard support.
• Modular Item Frame (Classic and Dark): displays a ghost item without consuming it from your inventory.
• Modular Tint Light (Andesite / Copper / Brass / Industrial): module-only miniature version of the Large Tint Lights, dyeable, with frequency + invert settings.

New: standalone buttons

• Emergency Button: vanilla-like button with a wireless Redstone Link frequency, invert, and toggle mode.
• Elevator Push Button: same as above, plus direct linking to an Elevator Contact for remote calling, dyeable.

New: Card access system

• Access Card / Blank Card: craftable card, blank until encoded.
• Card Inscriber: encodes a blank card with a 4-digit PIN and a dye color; ejects the finished card with a spray animation.
• Card Reader: sticks to any surface; first swipe registers a card's PIN as its key, later swipes compare and pulse a redstone signal on match (green/red bulb), can also broadcast over a Redstone Link frequency.

Renamed

• Modular Speaker → Smart Speaker (recipe unchanged, name/registry only).

New crafting ingredient: Luminous Component

• Raw Luminous Component (mixing glowstone dust + polished rose quartz) → Luminous Component (pressing), with an enchant-glint shimmer effect.
• Replaces raw glowstone dust/glowstone/redstone lamp in recipes for: Crystal Lamp (all 14 colors), Inlaid Flat Light (all 14 colors), Quad Lever Panel, Large Tint Light (all 4 casings), and Card Reader.
• Caged Light recipes are untouched (still plain glowstone dust).
