Hey lovelies! 

This update is a bit of a powerhouse—lots of fixes, tweaks, and shiny new compatibility features. Here’s everything that’s changed:

Bug Fixes & Crafting:

• Fixed a major tag bug from 5.62 that was preventing Blue Vitriol from being crafted without the Create mod (by Simibubi).

New Compatibility Tags:

• Added #sulphur_compat and #potassium_compat for smoother integration with other mods.

• Currently supported mods:

– Simple Sulfur

– Sulfur and Potassium: More Gunpowder 2.0

(I admit I’ve never played these mods and I’m not a huge fan of their textures, but I hope it’s a nice touch to mention them!)

(Fingers crossed the authors aren’t homophobic or transphobic—otherwise, I’ll have to remove compatibility lol.)

Quark & Supplementaries Integration:

• If you have Quark (by Vazkii), you can now craft Gunpowder directly in sacks.

• You can also use the Sugar Cube from Supplementaries (by mehvahdehjukar) as a sugar substitute.

• Future plans: support Quark’s Charcoal Block.

Crushed Raw Potassium:

• Added and obtainable via Create’s Crushing Wheels.

• Currently more of a “Create-alignment” feature, but it might get useful later.

• Added to Create’s crushed_raw_material tag.

Saltpetre Recipe Update:

• Rotten Flesh can now be replaced with a Fermented Spider Eye via the new saltpetrable tag (currently includes only vanilla items).

• Suggestions for other mod items welcome—hit me up on Discord!

Miscellaneous Improvements:

• Fixed log spam from Gunpowder recipe (hopefully).

• Blue Vitriol can now:

– Cleanse infested vanilla blocks

– Be used as an alternative blue dye

– Be ground in Create’s Millstone to increase yield

• Gunpowder output increased:

– With sugar: 5 → 6

– Without sugar: 3 → 4

• Potassium no longer grants XP when mined (like other metals).

• Can now be smelted in a Blast Furnace or Smoker for easier gameplay.

• Fixed mineral blocks in Create’s Crushing Wheels.

• Explosive Bundles can now be recycled in Create’s Crushing Wheels if installed.

Code & Modernisation:

• Tons of legacy code cleaned up.

• General polish and optimisations throughout.

💖 This update was a lot of work, but I’m really happy with the result.

Even though I’ve had to deal with a few transphobes lately, things are going pretty well—trans rights are human rights.

👀 Keeping my eyes on the next Minecraft drop… I might make a little exception and jump straight to 1.21.10. Who knows? 🤷🏼‍♀️
