- Added config options for each of the turrets to ignore invulnerability frames (like with the beam reactor helmet)

- When mined with a pickaxe, the turrets now drop as their item form (but it still takes a long time even with efficiency 5)

- Fixed a bug where shaders would cause the turrets to render incorrectly when powered

- *Note: If you wish to fix the above bug for earlier mod versions, install the Iris & Oculus Flywheel Compat mod
