create_dual_guage_track-2.0.0.jar
Curse Maven Snippet
What's new
2.0.0
Worlds from 1.0 load as they are: existing dual gauge track (blocks, items and curves) carries over to the new names automatically.
Added
- Wide, Standard & Narrow Triple Gauge Track, in every Steam 'n' Rails style.
- Transitions into plain track: rails ease across over a configurable number of blocks to meet plain narrow, standard or wide track.
- Automatic crossovers where runs meet with the gauges on opposite sides, on straights and curves. A short stretch between two crossovers swings only part way, so it stays gentle.
- Track-following bogeys: each gauge's bogeys ride their own rails, including through transitions, crossovers and curves.
- Gauge Detector block.
- Steam 'n' Rails buffers snap to the gauge they're placed on.
- Engineer's Goggles information for our track.
- Ponder scenes for both track types and the Gauge Detector.
- Curves can now join our other track type or plain track of a gauge they carry.
- Config option for transition length (
transitionBlocks, 2–16, default 6).
Changed
- Laying direction sets the side. The side the gauges sit on now follows the direction you lay the track, with one item per track.
- New recipes: sequenced assembly from the matching plain track, plus an iron or zinc nugget, then a press.
- New item icons in Steam 'n' Rails' style. Dual gauge shows three closely spaced rails; triple gauge shows wider, evenly spaced rails.
- Rails and rail seats match the Steam 'n' Rails look on straights, transitions and curves.
- Where dual and triple gauge track meet, each now simply ends at the join.
Fixed
- Trains no longer drive onto a branch their gauge can't use and stop at "the end of their track".
- Rail tops on curves no longer show their dark edge on the wrong side.
- Rail seats now follow rails that slide into plain track, and the middle rail now has seats too.
- Bogey position and z-fighting glitches at transitions.
