- fixed bucket of molten echo not placing the fluid in create's basin (thanks @Gale_1779)

- making molten echo now requires a superheated blaze burner

- removed compacting method of making echo ingots

- removed per-equipment sequenced assembly recipes

- echo ingots now must be made in a create assembly line

- added echo upgrade template, craftable with create's mechanical press

- netherite armor and sword can now be upgraded in a smithing table, allowing enchantments to be retained (suggestion from @user_0q52d9hvzlczmb0u)

- making echo cakes is now much cheaper, making them more viable compared to blaze cakes

- minor other recipe tweaks

- added several tags linked to molten echo

- renamed liquid echo to molten echo in JEI tooltip

- removed legacy files

- updated mod version
