First release. Differences since it was a datapack: 

-Removed shaft sequenced assembly as create has a cutting recipe for shafts

-Changed Create's encased chain drive recipe, now crafts 3 instead of 1

-Added incomplete cogwheel, now used as the transition item for the cog sequenced assembly.
