v0.7.0 - The Descension Update

Fragrance & Soul Mechanics

This update introduces soul-based environmental manipulation and localized player bonding mechanics.

• Fragrance Blocks: Added three new blocks: Bastion, Cinder, and Malice. These act as the primary anchors for soul-related effects.
• Soul Binding: Implemented a system allowing players to bind their soul to specific fragrance. Once bound, the player receives unique buffs when within the whole nether.
• Dimensional Stability: Introduced logic that checks for soul connection stability. Some connections may behave inconsistently if the Fragrance block is used in a dimension it does not naturally belong to.

Natural Automation

This version makes the world feel more alive by allowing animal populations to manage themselves without constant player input.

• Natural Breeding: Added the naturalBreeding gamerule.
• Autonomous Growth: When enabled, animals will find partners and breed naturally, removing the requirement for player-fed items.

Technical Improvements & Maintenance

Structural updates to ensure the mod remains stable and compatible with modern Forge environments.

• Mixin Integration: Integrated MixinExtras v0.4.1 to improve compatibility with other complex mods and prevent startup crashes.
• Registry Cleanup: Updated internal metadata and configurations to align with the 0.7.0 release cycle.

Note:

The "Endued" effect and fluid-based navigation mechanics have been removed from this build and are now planned for v0.8.0 to coincide with the introduction of the Intensified Anchor.
