Sunflower Rework Update (First Stable Release)

This release marks a major milestone as we leave alpha versions! The sunflower system has been added, adding depth, progression, and a new edible resource.

What’s New

Wild Sunflowers

  • Renamed vanilla sunflower → Wild Sunflower
  • Harvest to get sunflower seeds

Domesticated Sunflowers

  • Plant seeds to grow 1-block tall sunflowers
  • Requires Coarse Dirt and direct sunlight
  • Mature plants drop seeds

Sunflower Kernels

  • Process sunflower seeds into edible kernels by milling / crushing
  • A light snack to fuel your adventures — seeds themselves are not edible

Notes

  • First stable release, leaving alpha behind
  • Vanilla-friendly mechanics, meaningful progression
  • Sets the foundation for future farming expansions
