Recipe Changes:

 

New recipe for the sail frame

 

 

Changes conversion recipe to make more sense

 

Mechanical belt now grants three belts instead of one

Adds the headband, currently serves no use

You're free to use outside of the aforementioned modpack however it may not serve as much use.
