AeroPortals 1.1.1

Fixed

  • Fixed a crash that could happen after sending airships back and forth through nether portals (and other portals) several times. Re-entering a dimension you had previously left an airship in could bring the whole server down. Airships now always land in a free spot at their destination, even when an older airship is still parked there in the background.
  • Fixed airships losing the contents of their blocks when travelling through portals. Monster spawners arrived empty, and chests, signs, and machines could lose their data, especially when moving to or from the Nether or the End. Block contents now travel intact in every direction.
  • Fixed airships disappearing when the other side of a portal could not be reached (most often on the very first trip to a dimension that had not been generated yet, like the Aether). If the landing fails for any reason, the airship now stays where it is instead of vanishing.
  • Fixed riders being left behind. If you were sitting on a seat (or another mountable) on the airship, you no longer get stranded when it travels; you now arrive with it.
  • Fixed airships endlessly bouncing back and forth across a portal after arriving. An airship that lands on a portal now stays put until it actually leaves and re-enters, so it no longer ping-pongs or abandons its passengers.
  • Fixed the very first trip to a freshly built portal sometimes stalling for a moment, caused by the new portal's own frame being mistaken for a blocked landing.

Added

Matching portals for players on foot

  • When you walk through a portal on foot and a new portal has to be created on the other side, it is now built to match the size of the portal you stepped through, instead of always being the small default size. This brings player travel in line with how airships already keep portal sizes consistent.
  • Works for nether portals as well as the Aether and Otherside (Deeper and Darker) portals when those mods are installed.
  • Existing portals are never shrunk, and portals you link back to are left untouched. Can be turned off in the config if you prefer vanilla-sized portals.
