Client rendering compatibility fix for Mekanism bounding blocks on Sable/Create Aeronautics sub-levels.

  • Prevents a client crash while tessellating chunks containing Mekanism bounding blocks inside Sable plot/sublevel render regions.
  • The crash showed up as RenderChunkRegion.getChunk / BlockBounding.proxyShape during block model tessellation.
  • The guard only applies to client render-region shape lookup failures and leaves normal server/world behavior unchanged.

This version should be included on clients as well as servers.
