- spawners now have a fixed break time (configurable), efficiency doesn't matter anymore
- you need a pickaxe to break spawners, otherwise it takes forever
- new: Spawner Revenge, 50% chance the spawner's soul stays and summons mobs after you break it
- optional Ars Nouveau compat: spells can't break spawners, drygmy respects loot limit
- optional Enhanced AI compat: miner mobs from spawners get a random pickaxe
- optional Jade compat: shows break progress and loot mobs left
- config cleaned up and reorganized
