update v1.6 - "No Dimension Is Safe"
🌍 Multi‑Dimension Hunting, Localization & AI Overhaul
After months of relentless pursuit, the Hunters have mastered the art of interdimensional travel. From now on, neither the Nether nor the End will be a safe haven. This update also brings the gift of language to hunters worldwide and makes their vertical pursuit truly nightmarish.
🌌 Multi‑Dimension Hunting
Portal Pursuit: Hunters now instantly follow you through portals to the Nether and the End. No more hiding in other dimensions - they’ll be right behind you.
Death & Respawn Handling: Fixed the critical bug where hunters would remain stuck in the Nether/End after the player died there. Now upon your death, all active hunters immediately teleport back to the Overworld and wait for your respawn to continue the hunt.
End Support: Completely reworked teleportation logic for the End - hunters now spawn on the main island instead of the void, and can pursue you even after you return to the Overworld.
Global Teleportation Logic: Improved the hunters’ ability to track you across all three dimensions – they will never lose your trail, even if you try to flee through a portal mid‑combat.
🤖 AI & Gameplay Improvements
Vertical Pursuit Rework: Hunters are now much smarter when you build upwards. They actively pillar to reach you, with improved timing and block placement. No more standing around or chaotic block spamming.
Goal Priority Tuning: Changed HunterBuildGoal priority - it now triggers right after the attack goal, ensuring hunters climb instead of retreating or bridging.
Improved Block Selection: Hunters now use the most suitable blocks (cobblestone, dirt, netherrack) for building and don’t waste resources.
🗣️ Massive Localization Update
5 New Languages Added:
🇫🇷 French (fr_fr)
🇰🇷 Korean (ko_kr)
🇵🇱 Polish (pl_pl)
🇧🇷 Brazilian Portuguese (pt_br)
Expanded Existing Languages: All previously supported languages (German, Spanish, Japanese, Ukrainian , Russian) now include full phrase sets for every hunter action: teleport, traps, retreat, nightmare mode, victory, hits, and more.
Three Unique Lines Per Action: Every language now features three different voice lines for each situation, making the hunters feel more alive and immersive.
Accurate In‑Game Display: All messages now correctly use your game’s language setting (press F3+T after updating to reload resources).
🐛 Bug Fixes
Hunters no longer get stuck in the Nether/End after the player’s death – they properly return to the Overworld.
Fixed an issue where hunters sometimes failed to teleport when the player entered a portal while being attacked.
Resolved crashes related to unloaded chunks during interdimensional teleportation (now using getAllEntities to find hunters in unloaded chunks).
Corrected tool‑switching logic while mining certain blocks (cobwebs, etc.).
Hunter respawn messages now display correctly in all languages.
Fixed chaotic block placement: Hunters no longer spam blocks randomly – they build only when necessary and with proper delays.
End safe‑spot search: Added a special findEndIslandFloor algorithm that guarantees hunters won’t fall into the void when teleporting to the End.
⚙️ Technical Improvements
Optimized hunter target tracking across dimensions, reducing server load when multiple hunters are active.
Enhanced stuck detection: hunters now break surrounding blocks more reliably when trapped.
Code cleanup and minor performance tweaks to dimension-switching logic.
Improved HunterBuildGoal logic with better conditions and delays to prevent excessive building.
⚠️ Disclaimer
Experimental AI: The new interdimensional logic is complex; you may occasionally see hunters teleport to unexpected locations or behave oddly near portals. We’ll keep improving this in future updates.
Language Files: If you’re using one of the newly added languages and notice incorrect
translations, please report them - community help is always appreciated!
Multiplayer Note: With more languages enabled, chat can become lively. Recommended for small groups of friends.
