Fixed NPC armor not fitting (I THINK I did)

Warning: Scaled Helmets for Wakko-Sized Players IS CURRENTLY WORK IN PROGRESS! 

If you want to use the scaled helmets without it translating MPM face parts downwards off the head, use a Yakko-sized player scaled helmet, like Punny's or Paroy's hats.
