What's new

  • EMI and JEI show one tab for each machine in place of the single Assembling tab: Assembler (craftworks:assembler, shared by the three tiers) and Chemical Plant (craftworks:chemical_plant). A recipe is in every tab whose machine holds its category under the server config, so by default crafting, advanced-crafting and crafting-with-fluid are in the Assembler's tab and chemistry in the Chemical Plant's, and a recipe both hold is in both. A category no machine holds (oil-processing by default) is in no tab; the log says how many recipes were left out each time the lists are built. Each machine is a workstation of its own tab only, so U on an Assembler opens the Assembler tab and U on the Chemical Plant opens its tab; the tabs are read from the server config when EMI and JEI build their lists, so an edit shows after the next recipe reload. Fill Recipe and + show on both tabs with a machine open, and the Personal Assembler's Fill Recipe works from either. EMI favourites and recipe-tree entries saved under the old craftworks:assembling tab are lost once. A resource pack's tab title under emi.category.craftworks.assembling or jei.category.craftworks.assembling moves to .assembler and .chemical_plant. (#38)
  • The Chemical Plant (craftworks:chemical_plant), a placed machine built on the Assembler's Held recipe, energy and Fluid Connections, for chemistry recipes (chemistry only by default, set in craftworks-server.toml). Craftworks ships no recipes for it: a pack supplies them. It stands on the Assembler's 3x3, two blocks tall, is placed and broken whole from one item, and keeps its Held recipe on the item. It has two input slots and a product slot, two input fluid boxes of 1,000 mB and two output fluid boxes: a recipe's nth fluid ingredient goes in input box n and its nth fluid result in output box n, and an output box holds the larger of 1,000 mB and the Overload Limit's crafts' worth of its result. Fill Recipe is refused, with a message, for a recipe outside its categories, with more than two item ingredients, fluid ingredients or fluid results, with more than 1,000 mB of an ingredient a craft, with more than one item result, or with an ingredient that leaves a remainder. A craft waits while an output box can't hold what it makes. Its four Fluid Connections stand two to an edge on two opposite bottom edges of the machine, turn with it, and show as the same grey ring on the casing; they exist only while the Held recipe names a fluid, in or out. Each pulls the Held recipe's fluid ingredients from the tank or pipe it touches into their boxes and pushes its fluid results out of theirs, so a pipe never has to push into it or pull out of it. Its figures are in the new chemical_plant section: speed 1, 105 FE a tick (Factorio's 210 kW), a 50,000 FE buffer, and the categories. It has a recipe of its own, craftworks:chemical_plant: 4 iron ingots, 2 glass blocks, 2 cauldrons and an Assembler 1, which a pack may replace. Its screen shows the four boxes as gauges and the energy, and Jade, EMI and JEI treat it as they do an Assembler. Stand-in art. (#26)
  • Jade, if installed, draws the Creative Fluid Source's "Water, infinite" or "No fluid" and the Creative Energy Source's "Infinite FE" in white on their bars, as it draws any tank's fluid, where they were dark.
  • A resource pack's translations of the screen's energy and fluid text move to new keys, since the Chemical Plant's screen shows them too: craftworks.assembler.energy, craftworks.assembler.fluid and craftworks.assembler.fluid_empty become craftworks.machine.energy, craftworks.machine.fluid and craftworks.machine.fluid_empty.
