Craftomancy

This update fixes some internal issues. The mod should now be usable on servers. Please let me know if any more issues occur.

- Fixed errors which caused crashes on servers
- Fixed sound errors in LAN and server games
- Modified some internals of world generation. Distribution of resources may be slightly affected
- Addressed an issue where magic projectiles may register a hit with the caster upon being spawned. This may still occur if the player is moving quickly. A less crude fix is in the works

- Element color tooltip strings now have .lang support
