Craftomancy

A small update to fix a crash that was discovered during further testing. Also contains a few miscellaneous improvements.

- Fixed a crash that occurs when a magic projectile collides with an entity using the multipart system (In vanilla, this is only the Ender Dragon). Note: due to complications, the Ender Dragon is currently affected by all magic. This is being looked into
- Normal staff display name has been removed from bound staff tooltip
- Item tooltips have been changed from hardcoded strings to lang keys, and can now be translated
- To fix a glitch, Recall has been restricted to only function in the overworld

- Fixed client/server desync issue with Seeker spell
