  • Fixed selling: Shift‑right‑click works again, no double item removal, no “empty hand” requirement.
  • Admin shops: selling/buying works; Shift doesn’t open the chest, it performs the transaction.
  • Messages cleaned up: proper colors/text, transfer signs fixed.
  • Anti‑dupe/sanity: 0.5s transaction throttle, price/amount limits, NBT validation blocks tampered shops.
  • Holograms: update only near players for less lag.
  • Backup: new admin commands /shopadmin backup export and /shopadmin backup import (file in world dir).
  • Telemetry: DEBUG logs now show buy/sell counts and hologram count.
