Craftable spawn eggs and spawner by KilianB.

This mod adds new crafting recipes that can be used to create spawneggs and spawners. The items for the recipes can be farmed in survival mode and spawners can now be used for your own mob farm. The spawneggs are always made with at least 4 items and an egg. The four items always match the respective mob. A spawner can be produced with 8 iron bars and from version 4.6 mna must also produce a new item for the production of spawners so that it is not too easy to get spawners.
