* Fixed - Fire charge rod crashing servers

* Added - Strange Ender Pearl. Drops from enderman. Use to blink forward up to 32 blocks. Takes regular ender pearls to use

* Added - You can now repair off-hand items by combining them on the anvil

* Changed - Config options for "food" to "other". sorry if that messes up any configs

* Added - Config options to limit totems to chest spawns only. under the "other" section
