* BUG FIXES
- While typing in the /npc-play command, a command syntax error would show up, if the settings argument included quotation marks.
- Settings defined in the /npc-play command were sometimes not fully applied to the npc.
- Defining the "Health"-Setting only changed the maximum HP of the NPC rather than it's current HP too.
- NPCs were able to mount boats and minecarts and would then be stuck there.
